“With all the messy stuff, no matter how messy it is, just start where you are—not tomorrow, not later, not yesterday when you were feeling better—but now. Start now, just as you are.”

Hello and welcome!
I’m Dalton Follows (he/him), a meditation teacher known for my radiant heart and for guiding high-impact, high-stress individuals into deeper connection, empowerment, and awakening.
My path has included both peaks—Harvard, Team Canada lacrosse, Buddhist study in Tibet—and valleys, including alcoholism, depression, and trauma. Through it all, I’ve always had a overflowing passion for studying spirituality, existential philosophy, neuroscience, and psychedelics.
I’m not here to “help,” “fix,” or “change” you. My intention is to learn through teaching and to co-create a space where we can all be in service to one another’s liberation.
I hope to see you on wednesdays!

Pillars of Practice
Pillars of Practice
What makes a meditation practice efficiently transformative.
Friendship
Rooted in beloved community, held in safety, and guided with care.
We thrive in “brave spaces” that are facilitated with intention—where authentic connection is cultivated, and trauma-informed safety is prioritized.
Empowerment
Empowered to act with clarity, courage, and integrity.
True transformation happens when individuals are given not just permission, but power—tools, support, and self-trust—to move toward what matters.
Moral Ambition
Guided by an ever-evolving commitment to service.
We strive to expand our moral imagination, continually asking how we can be of greater service—to ourselves, our communities, and the world.
Reverence
Modern science in service of ancient wisdom.
We honor the depth of indigenous, spiritual, and ancestral knowledge. Science is a tool, not a replacement—it is at its best when it helps us remember what we already know.
